Continuing Professional DevelopmentPulsestart has developed extensive relationships with several organisations and governing bodies and is proud to offer Professional Development opportunities for their members.

RACGP:

Pulsestart’s CPR course has been approved by the RACGP QI & CPD Program and provides General Practitioners with a total of 5 Category 2 points. The title of the activity is Basic CPR and the Activity number is 753221. Pulsestart will organise the processing of CPD points with the RACGP. Pulsestart’s CPR Course is also nationally recognised under the National Health Training Package: HLTCPR201A Perform CPR.

ACRRM:

Pulsestart’s CPR course has been approved by ACRRM to provide General Practitioners with 10 BLS points. The title of the activity is Perform CPR – Workshop. The activity code is: EEACR-11000-PSTS. Pulsestart will organise the processing of the points with ACRRM. Pulsestart’s CPR Course is also nationally recognised under the National Health Training Package: HLTCPR201A Perform CPR.

APNA:

APNA CPD Endorsed

Pulsestart’s CPR and First Aid Course have been approved by the APNA to provide members with CPD hours. The CPR course provides nurses with 2 CPD hours. The First Aid Course provides nurses with 17 CPD hours. It is the nurses responsible to record CPD hours. Pulsestart’s CPR and First Aid Courses are also nationally recognised under the National Health Training Package: HLTCPR201A Perform CPR and HLTFA301B Apply First Aid.

This activity has been endorsed by APNA according to approved criteria.

ESSA:

Pulsestart’s CPR and First Aid Course have been approved by ESSA to provide members with Continuing Education Points (CEPs). ESSA members require CEPs to maintain their yearly accreditation as an AEP. The CPR course provides members with 3 CEPs. The First Aid course provides members with 8 CEPs. Pulsestart’s CPR and First Aid Courses are also nationally recognised under the National Health Training Package: HLTCPR201A Perform CPR and HLTFA301B Apply First Aid.

PSA:

Pulsestart’s CPR and First Aid course has been approved by the Pharmaceutical Society of Australia (PSA) to provide members with 20 Group 2 CPD Points for First Aid and 6 Group 2 CPD points for CPR. The PSA Accreditation number is QP110008A-H. Pulsestart’s CPR and First Aid Courses are also nationally recognised under the National Health Training Package: HLTCPR201A Perform CPR and HLTFA301B Apply First Aid
